Get to Know Us
A first step,
without having to commit to anything.
An introductory meeting provides space to calmly check and assess whether VertrauensKunst and the type of support might be a good fit for you.
During the first contact you shouldn’t tell anything in detail, nothing to prepare and make no decision regarding further collaboration.
Orientation
What this first conversation is about
The introductory meeting is not a test and is not yet a full initial therapeutic session.
ts primary purpose is to get to know each other, clarify questions, and jointly assess whether this setting might be a good fit for you. What brings you here at the moment? What kind of support would be important to you? Does this setting feel right for you? What form of collaboration might work best?
You decide for yourself, how much you want to share during the first meeting.
Especially when words are difficult to understand or a issue has not yet been clearly articulated, it is permissible for that to be the case.

Your Pace
You don’t have to prepare anything
For the introductory meeting, you don’t need a prepared story and no specific idea of how a therapy or counseling should look like.
You also don’t have to be able to explain why something is difficult.
Perhaps you already know exactly what you are looking for. Maybe there’s at first just a single feeling, that something should change . Both can be a starting point .
You may slowly begin.

Art & Expression
When words cannot carry everything
Some experiences are hard to put into words express.
Creative expression through artistic means can then open up an additional way to perceive experiences, make them visible, or give them form—without everything having to be explained right away.
The point is not to be “good” to draw or to have prior artistic experience to have.
At VertrauensKunst, art as a form of expression is not viewed as a quick fix. Rather, it can serve as another language available within a professional therapeutic relationship.
